Greetings! As you may have already surmised, my name is Elliot Borenstein and I am a technical artist. I studied 3D animation at the CDIA, and then moved on to WPI where I'm currently completing my BS in computer science and artistic game development.
For the past 1.5 years I have worked on and off at Dejobaan Games as a technical artist (intern and contractor) developing procedural content generation tools.
Lately I have been drawn to shader writing and tool development, and have been trying to build up my knowledge in these areas. I also enjoy teaching people what I know, and hope to have the opportunity to mentor others as I gain more experience.
I recently completed my CS senior project on real-time motion capture processing, and my IMGD senior project went on to be selected for the Boston Indie Showcase at Pax East.
